Important Update: E-Apply Portal Transition

The Film Office recently launched a new version of the E-Apply portal to improve the film permit application process. During the transition, a data compatibility issue affected permit applications that had been saved in Draft status in the previous system.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work through these early issues.

While projects have been restored, draft permit applications from the previous system cannot be transferred to the new portal due to system compatibility limitations. Applicants who had permits saved in Draft status will need to recreate and submit those permit applications in the new E-Apply portal.

We are also currently addressing a temporary issue related to insurance functionality, which we expect to resolve shortly.

If you encounter any issues or need assistance recreating your permit application, please contact the Film Office for support.

As of 1/1/2024, the new application fee is $500 for every 14 days or every two-week period. For any activity needing a permit, a new project application shall be valid for one or more consecutive periods of 14 consecutive calendar days.
